The lot is managed and monitored by a third party company (Precise Parklink Inc.). Those who park must pay at the parking meter located at the south-side of the parking lot (nearest Laurier Ave. East) or risk being ticketed and/or towed by patrol officers.

Please note that the spaces marked “Staff and Authorized Vehicles Only” along the church wall are intended to be used by staff and volunteers on site to work at St. Joseph’s Parish only. Any vehicles parked in these spaces for reasons other than parish-related business will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

 

The parking rates are as follows:

Day (6am-5pm):                               $1.50/30 mins to a maximum of $14.00 for the day

Evening/Overnight (5pm-6am):   $1.00/30 mins to a maximum of $12.00 for the night

***These are two separate time slots, you must pay $26.00 for an entire 24hr period.
