The snowstorm didn’t stop the St. Joe’s Women’s Centre from hosting a Christmas lunch for clients today. More than 50 women and children shared a traditional turkey meal, dessert, hot chocolate, coffee and tea today in the Parish Hall. And we had live music too, thanks to a volunteer. Our staff member, Jane Tenthorey, brought her cousin Ryan, who played the keyboard and sang Christmas songs. Each guest left with a Christmas gift and good cheer was enjoyed by all. Thanks to all volunteers and staff who stepped in to help!
