Information on attending the Parish AGM in-person
The AGM is open to all parishioners. To attend in person, we ask that you register here by Friday, October 2, 2020.
As with our public liturgies and in line with public health regulations, masks must be worn in the church at all times. All pews and other surfaces will be sanitized after 11:30 a.m. Mass. If you are attending our 11:30 a.m. Mass, we will ask you to leave the church for about 15 minutes after Mass has concluded to allow staff to sanitize before we reopen the doors at 12:45 p.m. Please enter through the main church doors. The hand-sanitizing stations we have set up for Mass will be available at the entrance for the AGM as well. You are welcome to sit in the open pews.
Information on viewing the AGM in video format after the event
The speakers at the AGM will be video recorded; we will upload the video to YouTube and circulate to parishioners after the AGM. We also encourage you to read our written AGM report for more detailed information. If you are unable to attend the AGM, but after having read the written report would like to ask any questions, please contact Chris at cadam@st-josephs.ca. You can send us your question via email and we will aim to address these at the AGM in-person and also to reach out to you with a response.
