Male Spirituality Open Circle

The intention of the Males Spirituality Open Circle (MSOC) is to create a sacred space for men to explore and express the shape and language of the male inner journey.   Men range in age from 18-78, from all walks of life and all faiths and from across the Ottawa region.

Internationally, the Circle is affiliated with Illuman, which carries on the Men’s Work started by Fr. Richard Rohr.  We promote their Men’s Rites of Passage, offered in about 7 countries, with several opportunities annually in the U.S.

The Circle forms on the last Monday of each month (year round) at Bethesda Renewal Centre – for an evening of nature, fire, drumming, spiritual threads, connecting and silence.  Annually we host our own retreats for local men in Ottawa and others across Ontario.
