Practicing Attitudinal Healing

This is a facilitated course that usually takes place in the autumn. It will be announced in the bulletin. Based upon the 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing, participants are invited to learn to see themselves and others in a different light, to look at life positively. By exploring the thoughts, feelings and attitudes about people and events that cause us conflict or fear, we can eventually see things differently and begin to heal. This begins with a willingness to find another way of looking at the world, at ourselves and at our relationships. A participant has noted: “Having applied these principles in my own life has enabled me to be more positive in any given situation and to seek God’s love in all.”

Time commitment:  7-week course (3 hours/week)
